Jail Visitation
The Fayette County Detention Center offers two methods of visiting inmates:
At Home / Internet Visits
You may visit from home or anywhere using a smartphone, laptop, or computer.
At Home / Internet visits are scheduled in advance on a first come first serve basis.
Appointments are available 7 days a week, generally from 8am until 8pm.
There is a charge / cost for At Home / Intenet visits.

On-site Visits
Visitors are welcome to visit inmates on-site at the detention center on Thursday and Friday.
Appointments are available depending on the housing unit assigned to the inmate.

Appointments are available depending on the housing unit assigned to the inmate.

- Thursday 3:30 pm until 7:00 pm
- Friday 10:30 am until 1:00 pm
Males
- Thursday 9:30 am until 12:00 pm
- Fruday 3:30 pm until 7:00 pm

What are Friends and Family visitors?
Friends and family are non-professionals. Background checks are conducted against criminal, civil and agency records prior to approval for visitation.
Friends and family visits:
Everyone that wants to visit during the same call / video session must register and be listed on the visitation.
Minors must be accompanied by a registered adult during the visit.
Friends and family visits:
- Incur costs / charges when conducted At Home / Internet.
- DO NOT incur costs when conducted On-site.
- Are recorded.
- Are only conducted via video.
