The Fayette County Sheriff's Office provides the following services to the citizens and businesses of Fayette County.
The Animal Control operates the Fayette County Animal Shelter and enforces the animal control ordinance and applicable state laws governing pets and livestock.
The civil process division serves civil warrants, writs, attachments, subpoenas, summons and other papers as directed by the court and the court clerk.
The Sheriff operates the Fayette County Detention Cneter as required by the Tennessee State Constitution.
